Main Responsibilities:
- Setting business objectives and strategy
- Making major business decisions
- Overseeing daily operations
- Managing and leading senior staff
- Define and drive the company’s strategic vision
- Identify growth and expansion opportunities
- Advise the Board on key strategic matters
- Represent the institution with stakeholders and investors
- Develop a high-value client portfolio
- Structure investment and financing transactions
- Achieve monthly revenue targets (USD 250,000)
- Mobilise international funding sources
- Oversee all operational activities
- Ensure organisational efficiency and performance
- Implement monitoring and reporting systems
- Prepare and manage budgets
- Supervise cash flow and financial operations
- Produce
financial reports
- Ensure regulatory compliance
- Recruit, lead and evaluate teams
- Develop internal capabilities
- Maintain a high-performance work environment
- Supervise contracts and commitments
- Manage company assets and resources
- University degree in Finance, Economics or Management
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance or strategic leadership
- Strong business development and financial expertise
- Excellent leadership and negotiation skills
- Fluency in French and good command of English
