- Administrative Support:
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
- Maintain operational records, checklists, and documentation
- Support scheduling, attendance tracking, and staff coordination
- Assist with inventory tracking and stock control records
- Process & Standards Control:
- Monitor compliance with established operating procedures (SOPs)
- Conduct routine checks to ensure service and kitchen standards are respected
- Report deviations from procedures to management
- Assist in updating process documentation when required
- Operational Support:
- Support coordination between kitchen, service, bar, and reception teams
- Support implementation of new operational initiatives
- Assist in resolving minor operational issues during service
- Observe workflow and provide feedback for improvement
- General Duties:
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Provide general assistance to the Operations Manager as required
- Contribute to a culture of quality, discipline, and continuous improvement
- Student or recent graduate in Operations Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- A professional certification in hospitality management (e.g., BIHC certificate) will be an added advantage.
- High integrity and zero tolerance for leakage or malpractice.
- Good organizational and administrative skills.
- Attention to detail and process-driven mindset.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to observe, analyze, and report issues objectively.
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Professional attitude, proactive, accountable, and willingness to learn.
- Bilingual – English & French
- Practical exposure to high-end restaurant operations.
- Hands-on experience in process control and service standards.
