- Conduct audits of priority processes (findings, gaps, risks).
- Rebuild and formalize procedures.
- Document and implement process improvements.
- Ensure effective and efficient management through dashboards and KPIs.
- Support and train the 2 Quality Assistants.
- Prepare deliverables that support effective and efficient management.
- Degree in QHSE, Quality, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in an industrial company (production, maintenance, quality).
- Residence in Bonabéri or ability to move there quickly (operational requirement).
- Fluency in French and English (English-speaking profiles highly prioritized).
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; knowledge of Odoo or an ERP is a plus.
- Rigor, analytical mind, ability to facilitate workshops and work with field teams.
- Confidentiality and discipline in documentation.
