WE ARE HIRING – TRADE MARKETING MANAGER (M/F)

📍 Douala | CDI – Permanent contract – full time

To support its growth and brand development objectives, ELIM Beverages Food, a subsidiary of the AJE Group, is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Trade Marketing Manager to lead its field operations.

Missions / Responsabilités / Activités

🎯 Key responsibilities

Implement and closely monitor marketing operations at the point of sale (visibility, merchandising, product availability)
Track field performance and report on results
Roll out brand strategies and lead field activations
Make the most of commercial assets (car podium, activation materials, etc.)
Lead field teams in close collaboration with the sales and marketing teams

Compétences / Exigences / Qualités

Master's degree in Marketing, International Trade or Sales Management
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role (FMCG experience is a plus)
Strong knowledge of distribution network management
Ability to lead high-impact brand activation campaigns
Strong analytical skills, operational rigour and field leadership
