Our startup-BetaHealth is an innovative ambulatory health service Provider designed to deliver health care Services and Products directly to Clients.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a dynamic business leader to take full responsibility for the service quality and profitability of the region. Managing a Startup with 6-7 Workers, you will be in charge of the operations: planning, decision making , leading and controlling, create and maintain supply chains, budget management and financial responsibility and will report directly to the CEO and Owners.

The expectation is that you will help achieve our ambitious growth targets by ensuring that the operation is continuously adapting and developing to ensure great performance and therefore success.

Working at a fast-paced startup means you’ll get real hands-on experience building technology and operations in the health sector, and you’ll have the mentorship and support of an interdisciplinary and multinational startup team.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent -2+ years experience in Management or marketplace operations, technical support, or professional services (consulting, banking, accounting, etc.)
- Strong logical reasoning skills
- The ability to roll with the punches and drive a project to completion
- Great team/collaboration skills
- Enthusiasm to learn and grow at a fast-paced startup
- High computer literacy – with good working knowledge of computer systems
- Good writing skills in english and french
- Driving license is required and the ability to undertake frequent wide travel

THE PACKAGE:
The successful candidate can expect a very generous basic annual salary dependent on experience and other company benefits including Health Insurance, Pension Schemes and Bonuses
