JOB ADVERT:Ad Graphics Designer Needed
COMPANY BACKGROUND
The Best Group is a Multipurpose IT Group providing a wide range of services across many industries worldwide. In order to meet the steadily increasing demand for our services we are looking for the following skills to join our team either as Freelance or Independent Consultants, Full time employment, Remote staff, extend our coverage and increase our database of clients etc…
- Meet with clients or the art director to determine the scope of a project and Advise clients on strategies to reach a particular audience
- Determine the message the design should portray and Create images that identify a product or convey a message
- Develop graphics for product illustrations, logos, and websites using a specified color charter or Select colors, images, text style, and layout
- Present the design to clients or the art director
- Take the design “brief” to record requirements and clients’ needs
- Schedule project implementation and define budget constraints
- Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software while Thinking creatively and developing new design concepts, graphics and layouts
- Design ads, GIFs and newsletters, web banners ..
- Expert in: Sketch, Adobe Suite, prototyping tools. knowledge of HTML/CSS and ability to interface directly with developers could be of advantage.
- A Mastery of Adobe Flash for Animated Ads creation will be a great advantage.
- Understanding of the printing process and specifications
- Familiarity with production and rendering methods, including drawing, offset printing, photography, interactive media
- Strong creative and critical thinking merged with Intermediate social media knowledge
- Able to work effectively and independently on multiple projects with tight deadlines while being able to switch rapidly between different projects
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Excellent communication (verbal, written, visual); ability to propose ideas across teams, and contextualize multiple ideas in relation to one another.
