POSITION: ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER
DEPARTMENT: SALES
TYPE OF CONTRACT: Undefined (with 3 months trail renewble 1 time)
CONTRACT START: NOVEMBER 2021
MAIN OBJECTIVE: Monitoring our online and digital presence, Front desk Administration
- Use social platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook to propose services
- Managed online orders from end-end
- Update social pages and website
- Respond to after sales requests coming from any social media
- Ensure that the correct information is transmitted to the appropriate department and do the follow until the case is closed
Mission : Front desk & Administration
- Welcoming visitors and orienting them to the appropriate department
- Answer to phone calls
- Receiving mail and deliveries
- Make sure that documents are organized and archived"
- LANGUAGES: French (speak, read, write), English (speak, read, write)
- SOFWARE KNOWLEDGE: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- PERSONAL SKILLS: highly organized, can work under pressure, proactive, integrity, team worker, excellent interpersonnal relations and communication skills
