- Develop marketing strategies that align with our brand identity and values
- Collaborate closely with the commercial team to design and implement effective point-of-sale (POS) displays, materials and merchandising for POS development
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Analyze sales data to optimize marketing efforts
- Organize promotional events to boost brand visibility
- Demonstrate understanding of digital marketing techniques to align and incorporate them into our overall marketing plans
- Manage relationships with suppliers for merchandising and communication materials, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery
- Manage relationship with agencies
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing roles. Ideally within the beverage industry, and preferably in alcohol or beer
- Reside in Douala
- Fluent in French with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in English is required
