- Data Analysis and Interpretation: Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
- Model Development: Develop, test, and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including product managers, products designers and software engineers, to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Visualization: Create compelling data visualizations and reports to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and statistical methodologies, and apply them to enhance our data capabilities.
- Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing and maintaining data quality standards and processes.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data science, statistical analysis, or a related field.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R.
- Experience with data manipulation and analysis using SQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL
- Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn, Keras).
- Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a strong foundation in statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
