- As the Non - Alcoholic Beverage and Trade Marketing Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the creation, production and marketing of the non-alcoholic beverage product; Lead Trade Marketing Operations specifically in developing and implementing national Trade Marketing Strategies that specifically target existing and potential customers;
- Ensuring adequate evaluation of commercial sales standards and fundamentals using tools like the SFA and EDS.
- This position requires a leader who can work autonomously in a fast paced, highly demanding and ambiguous environment
- Possess great business judgment, with a track record of strong project delivery, deep analytical acumen, custodian of commercial standards and sales fundamentals along with great team work ability as the role involves working with multiple stakeholders;
- A Bachelor's degree at the minimum;
- Age range between 30 YO to 40 YO;
- 5+ years of professional experience in CSD business management, Trade Marketing, Shopper marketing and Commercial operations.
