Missions / Responsibilities / Activities
Dynamic and highly mobile, the sales representative is the main sales force of Die company by promoting ils activity through the vanous range of products and services, contributing to the development of sales revenue and ensuring both customer loyalty and new markets exploration are achieved.

Key responsibilities
• Analyse local market trends and develop new leads by recognising potentiel business opportunities
• Maximise alt revenue opportunities
• Maintain hotel competitivity In the market place
• Contribute to the selling strategy
• Negotiate room rates/packages with corporate client
• Answer to customer gueltes in a timely and professionnel manner
• Attend sales events
• Report activities (appointments, calls, leads) on a weekly and monthly basis
• Establish efficient communication with all departments

Job Requirements
• Good knowledge of local market
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Positive attitude
• Good physical presentation
• Excellent communication skitls
• Excellent organisational and planning sials
• Ability to work under pressure
• Autonomous and adaptable
• Advance degree ideally in sales
• Mastering English and French languages both written and spoken
• Proven experience in luxury hospitality industry
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
