We are looking for a Secretary-Accounting Clerk to perform a variety of office and bookkeeping tasks.
- Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
- Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
- Answer, screen and record messages on all incoming telephone calls
- Type letters, memorandums and reports
- Open incoming mail and distribute to appropriate staff personnel
- Maintain confidentiality of all assignments of a confidential nature
- Maintain Human Resource Files and Tracking. Vacation and Sick Accrual
- Responsible for maintain filing system(s)
- Responsible for day to day administrative office management
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Minimum High School Diploma and at least 2 years accounting experience.
- Excellent verbal and writing as well as typing skills in English and French
- knowledge of Sage accounting software, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
