- Prospect new clients by phone, social media and face-to-face meetings
- Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential customers
- Understand the needs of your customers and be able to explain how your products (computers, electronic devices and accessories) can meet these needs
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and close deals
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by management
- Collaborate with other members of the sales team to share best practices and improve overall performance
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans
- Provide feedback on product development and improvements based on customer feedback
- Proven sales experience
- History of reaching quotas
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Relevant training in sales, marketing or equivalent relevant field
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience in customer service or related field
