Description

We are looking for 300 enthusiastic and motivated brand ambassadors and 20 supervisors to join our team and promote our bank in Douala, Yaoundé, Buea, Limbe, Bafoussam, and Garoua. As a brand ambassador, you will be responsible for moving around and opening bank accounts for potential customers. You will also represent our brand positively and professionally in both online and offline settings. To be a successful brand ambassador, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a friendly and outgoing personality, and a passion for our bank's products and services. You should also have at least a Higher National Diploma in Cameroon and be 18 years or older. Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus. This is a one-month contract position with the possibility of renewal based on your performance. You will be paid a competitive commission for each account you open, as well as receive training and support from our team.

Missions / Responsabilités / Activités

Move around and approach potential customers in your assigned area
Explain the benefits and features of our bank's products and services
Persuade customers to open bank accounts and assist them with the process
Collect customer feedback and report it to the management
Create and post engaging content about our bank on social media platforms
Participate in online and offline events and activities as a spokesperson for our bank
Network and build trusting relationships with customers and community members
Follow the brand guidelines and code of conduct at all times

Compétences / Exigences / Qualités

Brand Ambassador Requirements:

At least a Higher National Diploma in Cameroon
18 years or older
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly and outgoing personality
Passionate about our bank's products and services
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible and adaptable to different situations
Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus
Being Bilingual is a plus
