- Bachelor’s degree in Political or Social Sciences, International Relations, Development Studies, Migration Studies, Human Rights, Law or a related field from an accredited academic institution with four years of relevant professional experience; or,
- Master’s degree in the above-mentioned fields with two years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in liaising with governmental authorities, national/international institutions, United Nations agencies and non-governmental organizations.
- Experience in working with migrants, refugees, internally displaced persons, victims of trafficking and other vulnerable groups; and,
- Prior work experience with international humanitarian organizations, non-government or government institutions/organization in a multi-cultural setting is an advantage.
- Knowledge of return and reintegration policies and strategies in Cameroon;
- Knowledge of IOM/UN project management cycle is an advantage;
- Excellent operational, organization and communication skills;
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint as well as good knowledge of working with databases and online applications.
REQUIRED
- Fluency in English and French, with excellent written and oral skills.
