CONTRACT TYPE:Fixed-Term
- Handle a large number of incoming and outgoing calls in the call centre Keep a complete record of all calls and/or conversations in the database
- Take advantage of available opportunities to sell or advertise products and services to customers
- Ensure that responses provided to customers are compliant with cus- tomer service scripts prepared for various areas relating to customer service issues
- Identify customer needs, clarify issues, carry out appropriate research and provide sustainable solutions to customer problems.
- Be bilingual (English and French)
- Possess good writing skills
- Be computer literate
- Possess good knowledge of banking operations
- Possess excellent listening, observation and evaluation skills
- Demonstrate flexibility and versatility
- Demonstrate patience, empathy, attentiveness, courtesy and resilience
- Possess excellent people skills
- Possess ability to communicate pedagogically
