Missions / Responsibilities / Activities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Lead and support the sales team to optimize performance
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, points of sale, partners and distributors
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Analyze market trends and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor sales performance and report on key metrics
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to achieve business objectives.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales leadership roles. Ideally within the beverage industry, and preferably in alcohol or beer
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze market data and drive results
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Reside in Douala
  • Fluent in French with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in English is required
