SCI Chimede is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our team. We are looking for someone who is highly skilled in financial management, with a deep understanding of accounting principles and regulations.If you are a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication and leadership skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you to take your career to the next level.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Masters holder is an added advantage.
- Professional certification (ACCA or CIMA) is required
- Proficient in both English and French.
- Experience in a real estate industry is
- 8- 12 years of applicable work experience, including experience with SAGE software
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles and accounting regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Ability to manage a team and work under pressure
- Good organizational and time management skills are highly desirable.
- Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders at very senior level
- Proficient with numbers, statistics, and logics
- Good Presentation skill
