- Partner with business stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and understand their needs
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement
- Document business requirements clearly and concisely using tools like flowcharts and user stories
- Work with software engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Manage Project scope and timelines
- Conduct user acceptante testing (UAT) to ensure applications meet user needs
- Create and maintain business process documentation
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in business analysis
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience 2 years minimum
- A certificate in Business analysis such as PMI-PBA, CCBA is a plus
- Language : Bilingual
- Strong analytical and problern-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with business process modeling tools (BPMN) is a plus
- Experience with user experience (UX) design principles is a plus
