• Feedback Collection:
- Gather client feedback and communicate insights to the sales and marketing teams to improve service delivery.
4. Event Planning and Coordination:
• Event Organization: - Assist in planning and executing promotional events, open houses, and trade shows to showcase properties and attract potential clients.
- Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, catering, and promotional materials.
• Networking: - Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and establish connections.
5. Public Relations Support:
• PR Activities:
- Support public relations efforts by working with our PR agency to draft press releases, coordinating media outreach, and managing relationships with industry publications.
- Assist in creating PR campaigns to enhance the company's reputation and public image.
- Monitor media coverage and report on PR campaign success.
6. Administrative Support:
• Documentation:
- Maintain organized records of marketing activities, sales data, and client interactions.
- Prepare regular reports for management on sales and marketing performance.
• Expenses Management:
- Assist in filing marketing budgets and expenses, ensuring up to date records Expertise
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience with sales CRM systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with a solutions-oriented mindset.
