CALL FOR APPLICATION NOTICE FOR THE RECRUITMENT OF AN IT SPECIALIST

We’re seeking an experienced IT support person to join us on this journey, using their technology skills to make us even more efficient.

- Type of contract: PERMANENT CONTRACT
- Starting date: TO BE COMMUNICATED
- Maintain essentiel IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hard-ware
- Handle business-critical IT tasks and system improvements
- Enable faster and smarter business processes and employee productivity
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware, and software
- Serve as the subject-malter expert supporting Mac OS X, Windows, and widely
- used software and applications, such as Microsoft, Adobe and Google Work-space
- Install, configure, and support workstation software, hardware, printers, and phones
- Analyze staff needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost efficiency and accuracy
- Execute systems and network design, documentation, implementation, test-ing, and administration, and ensure components meet business needs and work together seamlessly
- lmplement applications and software upgrades and troubleshoot any perfor-mance issues
- Train employees in using software and hardware, and provide technical sup-port when needed
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in computer science
- Project management experience
- Professional certification
- At least eight (08) year of experience in the field of information technology and be in active service.
- Deep knowledge of operating systems, current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance moni-toring tools
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information.
