WE ARE HIRING : (01) SALES ASSISTANT
JOGOO Agriculture (formerly SUNSTREAM AFRICA) is a company specialising in irrigation and improving agricultural production, whose mission is to bring farmers in Sub-Saharan Africa the best techniques at the best price. Created in 2019 to roll out the Sunstream Irrigation brand in Sub-Saharan Africa, the company is now present in Cameroon, Senegal, Congo, Tchad, Côte d'Ivoire, Mali, Burkina Faso and Niger. JOGOO Cameroun SARL is the subsidiary of JOGOO AFRICA, a head office that operates in total correlation with the dynamics of the continent and its agricultural development. The company attaches major importance to creating a working environment conducive to learning and persona) and professional development. The Cameroon subsidiary has been operating since August 2020. More thon 120 projects have been delivered in all regions of the country.
Missions / Responsibilities / Activities
The Missions:  As part of its activities, the company is recruiting a (01) Sales Assistant who can work in several countries in Anglophone Africa, with the aim of developing and maximizing business opportunities in this region. He/she will be responsible for:
  • Business prospecting in several African Anglophone countries;
  • Study the regional market; - Study the competition;
  • Animate the network of existing distributors;
  • Creation of strategic partnerships;
  • Manage inventory;
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts;
  • Develop the irrigation and fertilizer range;
  • ommunication and negotiation skills; 
Job Requirements
Profile required:
  • Fluency in English is essential;
  • At least 2 years. higher education in commerce, sales, marketing or equivalent;
  • 02 years' experience in sales, marketing and e-commerce;
  • Be open to the world of agriculture (diplomas or experience in the agricultural sector) would be an asset;
  • E-commerce/tele-sales skills would be an asset;
  • Mastery of Pack Office;
  • Be an experienced salesperson, always striving for customer satisfaction;
  • Be a challenger who shines through the deals you sign.
