Role Description

This is a contract Operations Manager role based on-site in Communauté urbaine de Douala. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing logistics and resources, ensuring service quality, and optimizing operational processes to meet business objectives.

Job Requirements

Operations Management, Logistics, and Resource Management skills
Experience in ensuring service quality and optimizing operational processes
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
