Description
The UCB Company, a subsidiary of the KADJI Group, is looking for SALES ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER
TYPE OF CONTRACT: CDI
Missions / Responsibilities / Activities
  • Responsible for overseeing and optimizing sales administrative functions within the Region
  • Collaborate closely with both the Head of Commercial Operations and the Head of the Region to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring they have access to necessary tools, resources, and information
  • Maintain and update the sales database, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of sales data
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and generate reports for review by the Head of Commercial Operations and the Head of the Region
  • Identify areas for improvement in sales administration processes and implement best practices
  • Coordinate logistics for sales meetings, training sessions, and others events as needed...
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Additional training and/or qualification: Training in Office Secretarial Work or equivalent
  • Professional experience: At least 02 years track record in sales administration or a similar role, preferably in the FMCG sector.
  • Bilingualism is an advantage
  • Mastery of SAP would be an advantage
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and work autonomy
  • Dynamic and able to work technically under pressure
