- Manage the manager’s calendar, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements.
- Prepare, review, and file documents, reports, and presentations.
- Conduct research and provide analysis to support decision-making.
- Handle internal and external communications, including drafting letters and emails.
- Manage certain personal tasks for the manager (appointment scheduling, personal administrative follow-up, etc.).
- Coordinate personal activities or events as needed.
- Ensure the availability and proper functioning of office supplies and equipment.
- 1- Act as a primary point of contact between the manager and colleagues, clients, suppliers, or partners.
- Ensure smooth and professional communication in both English and French
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Language Skills: Full proficiency in both English and French, written and spoken.
- Computer Skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to conduct efficient online research.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years in a similar role or high-level administrative assistance.
- Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, prioritization, and adherence to deadlines.
- Professional Appearance: Neat presentation, exemplary punctuality, and courteous attitude.
- Flexibility: Availability for variable working hours based on the manager’s needs.
- Initiative and proactiveness. o Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
