We are looking on behalf of our client a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to support the Director General.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional comprehensive skills, excellent communication abilities, and an in-depth knowledge of various domains including MS Office, law, finance, banking, and business management.
Fluency in both English and French is a must.
Missions / Responsibilities / Activities
  • Provide administrative support to the Director General, managing their schedule, and organizing meetings and travel arrangements. 
  • Act as a liaison between the Director General and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and follow-ups. 
  • Assist in financial planning and analysis, monitoring budgets and expenditures. ·     
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. ·     
  • Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned by the Director General. ·     
  • Support the Director General in their legal, banking, and business management duties.
  • Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards
Job Requirements
Comprehensive Skills:
  • The ability to understand, interpret, and analyze complex information and processes. ·      
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and French, with the ability to effectively convey information and build strong relationships. ·      
  • MS Office Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. ·     
  • Knowledge of Law: Familiarity with legal terminology, processes, and documentation.
  • Finance and Banking: Understanding of financial principles, banking procedures, and the ability to manage budgets and financial reports.
  • Business Management: Insight into business operations, strategy, and management practices.
  • Bilingual: Fluency in English and French is essential for this role.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant, preferably in a corporate or legal environment. ·      
  • Experience working with high-level executives and managing their schedules and tasks. ·      
  •  A background in law, finance, or business management is highly desirable.
