We are looking on behalf of our client a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to support the Director General.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional comprehensive skills, excellent communication abilities, and an in-depth knowledge of various domains including MS Office, law, finance, banking, and business management.
Fluency in both English and French is a must.
- Provide administrative support to the Director General, managing their schedule, and organizing meetings and travel arrangements.
- Act as a liaison between the Director General and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and follow-ups.
- Assist in financial planning and analysis, monitoring budgets and expenditures. ·
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. ·
- Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned by the Director General. ·
- Support the Director General in their legal, banking, and business management duties.
- Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards
- The ability to understand, interpret, and analyze complex information and processes. ·
- Communication Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and French,
with the ability to effectively convey information and build strong
relationships.

- MS Office Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. ·
- Knowledge of Law: Familiarity with legal terminology, processes, and documentation.
- Finance and Banking: Understanding of financial principles, banking procedures, and the ability to manage budgets and financial reports.
- Business Management: Insight into business operations, strategy, and management practices.
- Bilingual: Fluency in English and French is essential for this role.
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant, preferably in a corporate or legal environment. ·
- Experience working with high-level executives and managing their schedules and tasks. ·
- A background in law, finance, or business management is highly desirable.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in reviewing and preparing documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance. ·
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. ·
