Customer Service Officer - Trade Center Importer
Type of contract : Permanent
Location : Douala
Missions / Responsibilities / Activities
Management of queries/complaints in the context of compliance with the requirements of the import verification program (PVI) and performance criteria in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years worth of International Trade experience or related fields and with a recognized qualification degree ;
  • Experience and good knowledge of customer service management ;
  • Good knowledge of import regulations in Cameroon ;
  • Good knowledge of English (spoken and written).
