- Providing the participant's file to the executive assistant
- Ensuring the transmission of training documents dedicated to participants;
- Reporting participant complaints to senior management;
- Welcoming and receiving participants;
- Managing the interface between participants and management;
- Filing/archiving documents.
- Preparing training reports;
- Developing training materials;
- Prepare training sessions;
- Deliver assigned training sessions (in-person and remotely);
- Ensure successful completion of theoretical and practical training;
- Provide post-training follow-up for participants;
- Verify knowledge and measure the apprentice's level against their objectives.
- Implement techniques for assessing the apprentice's work.
- Propose and/or participate in the design of new training programs.
- Manage training rooms.
- Minimum of a two-year degree
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Power BI
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools in general (Power Query, Power View, DAX, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Publisher, etc.) would be an asset.
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure
- Good communication skills - Ability to speak English
- Availability to work part-time according to a schedule
- Microsoft certification would be an asset
