- Lead branch operations, drives sales, ensures customer satisfaction, manages risks, and ensures compliance.
- Grow deposits and loans, develop staff, and build strong client and community relationships to achieve branch success.
- Establish & maintain positive customer relationships, plan and deliver an effective marketing strategy and monitor the progress of new & existing products; as well as provide operational management support on a day-to-day basis.
- Monitor and control the business office income and expenditure to ensure profitability
- Represent the bank within the wider community
- A minimum experience of 8 years in the banking sector
- A minimum of a first degree in any social sciences-related discipline, higher degrees / MBA / professional certifications are an added advantage
- Experience in a similar role for a bank will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of banking operations, policies, procedures, products and services
- Knowledge in business development and acquisition, marketing and relationship management.
- Good communication skills (written and oral)
- Proven leadership capacity
- Must be proactive, self-solution driven, pay attention to details and have good interpersonal skills.
