We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team, with expertise in payroll and talent management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Management: Assist in payroll processing, ensure accuracy, and compliance with social and tax regulations.
- Talent Management: Develop and implement talent management strategies, including recruitment, training, and development programs.
- HR Support: Provide HR support to employees and management, addressing queries and concerns.
- Policy Development: Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, with expertise in payroll and talent management.
- Language: Bilingual ( English and French).
- Education: Degree in HR or related field.
