We’re looking for a talented Marketing & Communications Expert to join us onsite in Buea and take ownership of brand visibility, user acquisition, and campus engagement. If you’re passionate about digital communication and youth-focused marketing, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across physical and digital channels
- Manage and grow ProGuide’s presence on Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and more
- Craft engaging content and promotional materials for online and offline audiences
- Plan and execute campus outreach, activations, and ambassador programs
- Collaborate with the CEO and team to support product launches and growth plans
- Monitor user feedback, track analytics, and optimize marketing strategies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required; French is a plus)
- At least 1 year of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations
- Familiar with student culture, university dynamics, and grassroots campaigns
- Comfortable speaking in public, leading small activations, and managing interns/ambassadors
- Bonus (Optional): Graphic design, video editing, or social media ads experience
