Description
We're Hiring: Finance Head – Francophone Africa (Cameroon-based)
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Finance Head to lead our multi-sector operations in Cameroon and the Francophone Africa region
Job Requirements
  • CA/CPA/MBA in Finance with 15+ years of experience
  • 5+ years in a senior finance role (e.g., Finance Manager, Controller)
  • Proven track record in multi-entity financial management
  • Deep understanding of OHADA accounting standards
  • Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP, Advanced Excel, and BI tools (Power BI)
  • Regional expertise in Cameroon and Francophone Africa
  • Language: Professional proficiency in English required; French is a strong advantage.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with trade finance, export/import documentation, and logistics compliance
  • Knowledge of African supply chain dynamics and investment regulations
  • Strong leadership in cross-functional and multicultural teams
