JOB TITLE : Permanent Controllers
LOCATION : Across the Afriland First Bank Network
LINE MANAGER : Head of Department / Permanent Control Manager
POSITIONS : 10
- Designing, implementing, conducting, and evaluating controls on all banking operations;
- Identifying anomalies and malfunctions;
- Analyzing causes of dysfunction and developing corrective action plans;
- Monitoring the implementation of corrective plans;
- Providing various support (Advisory – Training – Evaluation);
- Safeguarding the Bank’s assets;
- Ensuring the quality of the Bank’s accounting and financial information;
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, laws, and procedures.
Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Management Sciences, Mathematics, Law, Statistics, or Computer Science, with or without professional experience.
