IT INFASTRUCTURE SUPPORT OFFICER(Network Admin)
Are you passionate about network infrastructure and security ? FINASDDEE Credit Line Cameroon S.A. is hiring an IT Infrastructure Support Officer in Douala!
- Responsible for IT infrastructure of the Institution.
- Ensure the availability of connections between the branches and the head office.
- Design, configure, and deploy Fortinet security solutions, including FortiGate firewalls etc.
- Perform network security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate remediation measures.
- Monitor and manage network security infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network security issues, providing timely and effective support to internal teams.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Ensure the proper functioning of all Windows servers of FINASDDEE.
- Ensure that all workstations and printers in the branches are functional and working properly.
- Ensure new user provisioning does not take more than two days. This should include profile creation on Active Directory, Email and Banking Software of FINASDDEE.
- Work with Vendor to make sure the CCTV system is functioning properly.
- Work with other service providers to make sure there is proper respect of SLAs.
- Experience in management of FortiGate routers.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and other security technologies.
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing Fortinet security solutions.
- Experience in Management of Windows Server Active Directory and related services.
- Experience in management of Desktop PCs and printers.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related field
- Fortinet NSE 4 (Network Security Professional).
- CCNA Routing and Switching is a plus.
- Microsoft Certification in Active Directory is also a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proactive problem solver.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to Multi-tasking effectively.
- Bilingual (spoken and written) English/French
