- Analyse the quality of new business submitted
- Maximise the conversion of new business into payments
- Analyse and research customer policy payments
- Analyse and produce the submitted/paid variant report on new subscriptions
- Exploit the database of policies underwritten and propose corrective action
- Production of premium and loan payment histories for policies
- Analysing payment histories for premiums and loans on policies
- Monthly reporting to line management about processing anomalies and improvement strategies
- Very good knowledge of Excel
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Affinity with Life insurance software
- Excellent communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Bilingual
- Knowledge of the life insurance sector is an asset
- Education: 2 years' higher education in Management (accounting, finance, management control) or Insurance
- 02 years' experience in a similar position
