We’re looking for a Customer Service Specialist to support our commercial operations and ensure outstanding client satisfaction. You’ll serve as the main link between customers, sales, and logistics — managing orders, preparing documents, and coordinating deliveries with precision and care.
- Communicate daily with clients and sales teams on orders and inventory.
- Enter and confirm orders (materials, prices, quantities, payments).
- Prepare invoices and customs documentation.
- Track order progress and coordinate with logistics for on-time delivery.
- Follow up on payments and credit accounts.
- Handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
- Inform clients about price updates and promotions.
- Bachelor’s in Business, Commerce, or related field.
- 2–3 years in customer service, order management, or sales coordination.
- Bilingual: English & French.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
