TYPE OF CONTRACT: CDD
- Ensure the administrative and technical aspects of health insurance claims, from receipt to settlement, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, conformity of services and customer satisfaction.
- Process medical bills and reimbursement claims
- Issue letters of guarantee
- Enter payments into the business software
- Process and follow up on claims from policyholders and service providers
- Respond to requests for information from policyholders, intermediaries, and partners
- Good knowledge of health insurance products and associated coverages
- Knowledge of health claims management and settlement procedures
- Basic understanding of medical documents and hospital invoices
- Good knowledge of Mercure software
- Availability and customer service skills
- Rigorous file processing and adherence to deadlines
- Professional discretion and respect for medical confidentiality
- Bilingual
- Education : 2 years of higher education in insurance or equivalent
- Experience : 02 years' experience in a similar position
