- Identify and acquire new business opportunities across local and international markets.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans.
- Collaborate with tech and digital teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business growth targets.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
You’ll work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to achieve company goals and deliver value-driven business solutions.
- Identify potential clients through research, networking, cold outreach, and digital channels.
- Develop and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends to identify emerging business prospects.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored IT and digital solutions (Web, App, AI, SaaS, or Marketing).
- Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Create persuasive business proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Negotiate terms and close high-value business deals.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Identify new market segments, industries, and regions for expansion.
- Collaborate with management to define business development goals and strategies.
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance company offerings and positioning.
- Work closely with marketing, technical, and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Share client feedback to improve products, services, and marketing approaches.
- Support pre-sales and proposal activities with accurate business insights.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales progress using CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports to management.
- Track lead conversion rates and identify areas for improvement.
- Represent the company at virtual and physical business events, expos, and client meetings.
- Promote the company’s services, brand values, and solutions with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- MBA or specialization in Sales/Marketing/IT Management will be an added advantage.
- 3 to 10 years of proven experience in Business Development, IT Sales, or Digital Marketing Sales roles.
- Experience in working with international clients (US, UK, Europe, or Middle East) preferred.
- Prior experience in Tech, SaaS, Software Development, or Digital Services companies is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of software services, web/app development, AI solutions, cloud services, or digital marketing.
- Familiarity with sales pipelines, lead nurturing, and CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
- Excellent presentation, proposal writing, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical teams (design, development, and marketing).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and networking abilities.
- Confident and self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Capable of managing time and priorities effectively in a remote environment.
- High energy, positive attitude, and result-oriented approach.
- Experience in B2B enterprise sales or partnership development.
- Exposure to cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and proposal pitching.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to understand business data.
- Familiarity with automation tools (Apollo, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
