Prudential Beneficial Insurance is looking for a Bancassurance Executive based in Douala.
- Recruit, train, retrain, and manage the network of bancassurance agents.
- Establish new bancassurance partnerships and ensure their development.
- Monitor and report on bancassurance activities.
- Supervise and analyze performance results, reporting on actions taken and field visits conducted.
- Develop targeted sales action plans.
- Provide commercial and technical support to the bancassurance agentsβ network in the field.
- Contribute to sales growth by strengthening relationships with intermediaries and partners.
- Ensure proper drafting and preparation of contracts.
- Participate in the drafting and preparation of contracts.
- Strong command of sales techniques and commercial negotiation.
- Solid knowledge of insurance techniques and the CIMA Insurance Code.
- In-depth knowledge of life insurance products.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent professional presentation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good adaptability and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Bilingual.
- Education: Higher education in Marketing & Sales, Insurance, Bancassurance, Banking, or Management.
- Experience: 3 yearsβ experience in a similar position.
