We are building a modern, scalable, automation-driven cloud-native platform.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a DevOps / Platform Engineer capable of designing, maintaining and optimising a robust and secure Kubernetes infrastructure.
You will be part of a dynamic technical team focused on impact and quick decision-making.
- Manage and evolve our Kubernetes clusters (RKE2) with a high level of automation, security and resilience.
- Automate provisioning and configurations via Ansible, Bash and Python.
- Deploy a comprehensive GitOps approach with Argo CD (ApplicationSets, multi-env, automatic sync).
- Implement progressive delivery via Argo Rollouts (canary, blue/green, etc.).
- Build and maintain our GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines (tests, security, builds, images, scans, etc.).
- Ensure advanced observability via the LGTM stack and the ELK stack.
- Develop internal scripts and tools to optimise the teams' daily work.
- Collaborate with backend teams (Node.js/Python) to improve performance and reliability.
- Integrate DevSecOps practices and strengthen platform security.

- Proven experience in operating Kubernetes clusters in production (RKE2 = +).
- Excellent command of Linux, networking, troubleshooting, and distributed systems.
- Very good understanding of GitOps and modern CI/CD.
- Automation reflexes, rigor, and a sense of reliability.
- In-depth knowledge of observability (metrics, logs, traces).
- Autonomy, clear communication, and a desire for continuous improvement.
