Location: Douala
Contract: CDD
- Participate in the preparation of weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts, as well as the annual budget
- Maintain weekly and monthly statistics of bank flows across the company's scope
- Ensure control over banking operations
- Update cash flow forecast tables
- Compare forecasts with actual results and report variances total maturities of forward contracts
- Extract bank statements and monthly financial transactions
- Classify cash flows by type (receipts, disbursements, bank charges, etc.)
- Verify consistency between bank statements and accounting entries
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements
- Monitor anomalies (unidentified transactions, unjustified charges, value date delays)
- Education: 2/3 years' higher education in Accounting, Finance, or Management
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a finance department, preferably in treasury, accounting, or financial control
- Proficiency in treasury tools (treasury management software, banking/payment platforms)
- Good knowledge of general and analytical accounting
- Solid understanding of cash management and cash flow
- Knowledge of CIMA/OHADA/banking regulations
- Understanding of banking mechanisms and payment methods
- Experience in a similar role within an insurance company would be an asset
- Strong analytical and monitoring skills
- Good understanding of insurance-related financial flows
- Awareness of financial impacts on overall cash position
- Bilingual
