- Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQs), and project budgets.
- Monitor project costs and ensure compliance with approved budgets.
- Analyze construction drawings, technical specifications, and tender documents.
- Prepare and evaluate tender documents, quotations, and contractors' bids.
- Monitor quantities, material consumption, and project expenditures.
- Assess variations, prepare cost reports, and recommend cost optimization measures.
- Conduct site measurements and verify completed work for payment purposes.
- Assist with contract administration and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare financial reports and provide regular updates on project cost performance.
- Niveau académique : Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Civil Engineering or Building (or equivalent)
- Desirable: Advanced Excel and competence with CostX, Bluebeam or an equivalent measurement platform; fluency in working English and French
- Expérience professionnelle : Minimum 15 years in quantity surveying / cost engineering on buildings, industrial or infrastructure projects
