- Identify and visit potential customers (supermarkets, wholesalers, retail stores, restaurants and distributors).
- Promote and sell AfroDreaMart products.
- Develop new distribution channels and expand markets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with customers and encourage repeat orders.
- Coordinate customer orders and work with the Accountant, Administration Manager and other departments.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Meet agreed sales targets.
- Minimum education: GCE Advanced Level, Baccalauréat or equivalent (business, marketing or related field preferred).
- Previous experience in sales, field marketing, FMCG or food distribution is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated and target-driven.
- Good knowledge of Yaoundé markets (supermarkets, wholesalers and retail stores).
- Able to work professionally, keep records and prepare reports.
- Must be honest, reliable and able to work as part of a team.
- Competitive monthly salary (60,000 FCFA).
- Sales commissions.
